1. General Terms
Welcome to the bd ok platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bd ok and its users. By visiting the site, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted every clause of these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not understand any clause or have an objection, please contact our support team before using the platform.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on bd ok and take part in any gaming or betting activity, the applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person or members of the same household are found, all of them may be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, email address and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and your own. Using false or someone else's information is a violation of the Terms. bd ok reserves the right to verify identity at any time and may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for this purpose.
2.4 Geographic Applicability
This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Users from countries where online gaming is prohibited may not access the platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.
3. Account Security
Keep your account username and password completely confidential. bd ok will never ask for your password or OTP by email, SMS or live chat. If anyone requests such information, treat it as fraud and notify our support team immediately.
Take the following steps to keep your account secure:
- Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- Do not use the same password across multiple sites.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on bd ok is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Funds deposited must come from your own mobile wallet or bank account — deposits made through a third party will not be accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. To withdraw, the name on your account must match the name on your payment method. If there is an active bonus in your balance, you may not withdraw until the related wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, bd ok reserves the right to verify the account holder's identity and payment method. A withdrawal may be held until this process is complete.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
The bonuses currently available on bd ok each have their own terms, which are set out below:
- Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Example: deposit ৳1,000, bonus ৳1,200, balance becomes ৳2,200 and wagering required is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
- bd ok Weekend Accumulator Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
- bd ok Spin Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 18 times; applicable to the slots section only.
- Cricket Field Fun: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000; wagering 15 times; applicable to the cricket and sports sections.
- bd ok Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10 times; once per year.
- Refer a Friend, Get a Reward: up to ৳2,000 per active referral; wagering 12 times.
No more than one bonus may be active at the same time. If evidence of bonus fraud or misuse is found, bd ok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
All game and betting results are determined by software algorithms and a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bd ok reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market and can be seen on the relevant game page. If unusual betting patterns are identified, the betting limits on the account concerned may be reviewed.
6.3 Live Betting
bd ok is not liable if a game or bet is interrupted due to internet connection issues or problems in the game room during live betting on cricket, football or other sports. Bets placed before an odds change will not be accepted until they are confirmed.
7. Prohibited Activities
bd ok strictly prohibits any of the following activities:
- Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Attempting to cheat the game system or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Registering under a false identity or falsifying documents.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited. Where necessary, relevant information may be shared with the authorities.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request closure of your own account at any time via live chat or email. Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance.
8.2 Closure or Suspension by bd ok
bd ok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without notice due to a breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to verify identity or security-related reasons.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your life, you may use the self-exclusion option in accordance with our Responsible Gaming guidelines. This option allows you to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
9. Limitation of Liability
bd ok will not be liable in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- If loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or a device.
- For loss resulting from a user sharing their own account details with someone else.
- If the service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or unavoidable technical issues.
The financial risk of participating in gaming activities is entirely the user's. bd ok will not provide any compensation for money lost through gaming.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
